We are sure that you will be impressed with the goods you have ordered. In the unlikely event you are unhappy, simply return them to us in their original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund by cheque for the price of the item(s), excluding delivery cost, or issue a replacement.

We will be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. We can, of course, only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Sloecrafts. This does not affect your statutory rights.
